Just like every guy needs a wingman. Every couple needs a couple friend. I'm so glad to have found one and we have practically become inseparable of late. The number of times we have been seeing each other is ridiculous but we can only blame it on our common passion for mj that brings us together every single time. We've even booked a trip to BKK with Fiona and Terence and I can't wait for it!

 on our way to I12

 pretty as always!
they're similar in so many ways, even the shirt they wear are the same color.

choc till you drop but I doubt tere would ever drop no matter how chocolatey it is

From a simple clique meetup to mj session and eventually shopping and partying together, we have come a long way! Here's to my newfound girlfriend and confidante. Well, we still have a long way to go...

| Triple Three |
[May. 21st, 2012|01:30 pm] |
Last Monday, Dearest's family and I took a day off and went to Mandarin Hotel's Triple Three for their lunch buffet. Prior to that, I had heard ravings of Triple Three's buffet and since it was conveniently located in town, it was had to miss.
dearest doing his thing the mashed potato was awesome breadsticks :) the bread station where dearest kept digging in Turns out, I did not eat as much as I expected. The place was very pleasant and the food was just like the ravings I've heard, except for some items which was a disappointment. Besides, there were no oysters and that was quite a big turn-off for me. Having said that, I think I shuffled between my seat and the sashimi station umpteen times, refilling my plates with my favourite salmon sashimi was all I could remember.

Here at The Butter Factory's Booty Call event on Apr 7 with Kat. Our monthly pact is falling into place and I can't be any happier! Partying with each other is our new in thing recently. Who knows what great fun we would have since we were hardly even party-goers in the first place.

| Sushi and Haircuts |
[May. 8th, 2012|11:11 pm] |
top - f21 | sandals - aldo | lace shorts - random blogshop Finally got my frizzy and grown-out hair cut after 3 months. The growth rate of my hair is ridiculously high which kind of balances the amount of hairfall I suffered. Something's wrong with my hair or whatnot. Anyways, Dearest and I headed to Snipe Avenue for cheapo haircut for just freaking $2.80. I thought it was super value-for-money and I have never believed in spending a bomb on haircuts when the end results are still the same. Hair would always eventually grow out and you got to spend yet another exorbitant amount on it? No way!
Upon my request, dearest made me assorted sushi rolls stuffed with crabmeat, cheese, hotdog, carrot and mango. It was yummylicious! The mango goes so well with sushi and I just couldn't stop myself from popping them into my mouth one after another. That said, I'm so looking forward to this coming saturday's BBQ as he would be making the sushi rolls. Time for some sushi-popping again! |

Finally wore out my Urban Outfitters's Kimchi Blue heels with dearest and put it to good use. First saw it on the UO website and immediately felt in love with the vintage criss cross suede design. And when I saw that it was on sale for $19.99, I knew I had to get it. With a broad feet like mine, it was always a quest looking for the right pair of shoes but this pair of heels fitted like a glove!

| Hatched |
[May. 6th, 2012|03:07 pm] |
Saturday was spent with bestie as we explored our way to Evans Lodge where Hatched was located. Even the taxi driver had difficulty locating the place, i wondered if the place was really ulu or was the cab driver inexperience. We eventually reached the place via my Iphone's GPS.
even their salt and pepper holder are in cute form of egg designs. as we switched tables, we realised every table has different egg designs Despite knowing bestie for so long, I got to say she never fails to surprise me. My first time eating eggs benedict with her had me appalled as she refused to cut the poached egg open. She actually liked the wholesomeness of the york on its own.
sir benedicts burly benedicts Me and my burly benedicts *chef recommendation* kat and I attempted to open our eyes to maximum size, and my eyes appeared 2 times her size! LOL Refusing to admit defeat, she said if we look sideways up her eyes will appeared bigger. And we tried... trying out the rock salt cheese from happy lemon which mich recommended to me |
